Special machine for large-scale pump stators

  • Custom machines are required for the production of pump stators with an injection volume of over 10 kg. Depending on the design, these essentially comprise one or more large-scale FIFO plasticising and injection units of type EF. The largest pump stators are more than 6 metres long and contain over 100 kg mixture. With these sizes it is possible to utilise repetition injection moulding. Here, the injection unit injects a preselected volume into the mould cavity multiple times in succession.
