Baby series
- The granulator B08.10 is designed for the granulation of small sprues. Typical applications are the granulation of CD sprues and small sprues from microinjection moulding.
- The granulator type B08.10 is specially designed for the granulation of CD sprues, while the modell B08.10S is designed for general microinjection moulding applications .

Compact series
- The beside-the-press granulator with numerous benefits.
- The C-Series is based on three model sizes:
- C 13.20s with a cutting chamber opening of 130 x 200 mm²
- C 17.26s with a cutting chamber opening of 170 x 260 mm²
- C 17.31s with a cutting chamber opening of 170 x 310 mm²
- Because of their modular construction, the C Series granulators can easily be adapted to the particular application or the operational needs. Depending on the manner in which the spues are fed in, disposal of the reground material and the injection moulding machine in use, the C Series from Wanner with its many standard components offers optimum solutions which can be adapted to your particular operational requirements.

CLE series
- The Compact-Low-Noise-Emission Granulator
- The particularly quiet universal granulator
- When processing hard and brittle, solid GF-reinforced sprues, usual knife-type granulators are often quite noisy. Usually, this noise problem is adressed by using an integrated sound enclosure mounted to the granulator. However, this enclosure often restricts accessibility during cleaning and requires additional space. When developing the CLE series, we took a different approach to the noise problem: We have reduced the noise emission by taking constructive measures on the cutting chamber and the chassis, to dampen the structure-born noise and vibrations.
- The results can be heard and seen! Depending on the processed material, the noise reduction improves significantly, even better than using an integrated soundproof enclosure. As always, the cutting geometry adopted from our C-series delivers a very high-quality, uniform, and low-dust regrind. The CLE granulator is also available with the Green-Line energy-saving control, which guarantees a particularly economical operation.
Dynamic series
- The universal granulator for massive parts.
- The D-Series is now based on four model sizes:
- D 25.25 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 255 mm²
- D 25.38 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 385 mm²
- D 25.50 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 505 mm²
- D 30.50 with a cutting chamber opening of 300 x 500 mm²
- The granulator with standard hopper can be equipped with an additional chute, which can serve as robot in-feed slide or tray for manual hand feed to suit the various feeding options.
- The optional sound proof enclosure and a wide range of alternative motors, stands and controls allow the granulator to be tailored to your specific requirements.

- The new E-Series (Energy-Series) granulators are very suitable as powerful central granulators for the processing of sprues and failparts up to a throughput of 800 kg/hr (depending on the products, its material, geometry and screen size). Whether bulky or thin-walled parts, sprues/runners or extruded profiles, the E Series can effectively process them all. The resulting high quality, uniform granulate can be reused directly in subsequent production processes.
TT Cutter series
- Cuttersystems – designed to chop massive edge trim into smaller pieces – are built to your special application and requirements.

TG extruder series
- The compact repelletise system
- The new ThermoGran20 allows you to transform problematic ground stock as well as small parts / sprues directly into high-quality granulate. The TG20 produces granulates which are comparable in quality and flow characteristics with corresponding new material. Granulate produced by the TG20 can be re-used or added to your production process with absolute confidence. The TG20 plasticizes and granulates all types of polymers safely and reliably and is the right solution in all situations where granulate produced by purely mechanical crushing cannot be processed correctly. The system comprises a compact, slow running extruder with a large infeed area and special worm geometry with a large auxiliary worm, allowing granulate which does not flow well or powder as well as whole sprues and small parts to be fed in with ease. A water quench integrated in the system with downstream strand granulator allows the material strands to be cut precisely so that a highly homogeneous granulate is produced which flows well and can be easily dosed. The TG20 is equipped with a reliable control system capable of handling sophisticated processing parameters for safe processing of difficult materials. The automated system uses sensors to adapt the speed of the extruder to the infeed behavior of the material and to match the extraction speed of the granulator with production conditions to ensure process stability even with varying material characteristics. The TG20 is also suited for compounding applications such as colour dying or for the production of micro granulates.
Xtra series
- The specialist for brittle materials
- The special granulator for demanding users
- The screenless type of crusher granulators of the Xtra Series are ideal for brittle plastic materials. With large primary crushers, plastic sprues and parts are pre-crushed before being broken down to a final size via the toothed rollers (available with 4 and 5 mm teeth) without screening. There are benefits compared with blade granulators with screen, in terms of regrind quality and use, particular with brittle materials. As a result, the noise level is lower when granulating massive sprues and the regrind has fewer fine parts when processing brittle plastics.
- The Xtra-Series machines are also very compact and easy to clean. The hardened cutting tools made from high quality steel alloys guarantee a long service life even when processing abrasive plastics.
- The screenless crusher granulators are available in different configurations and are easy to adapt to specific user requirements.
